Kerala is the small state of India. It is located in the southwest of India. It is spreads the 38,863 sq mi of area. Kerala is referred as a Spice Garden of India. This small state is covered from the south and the southeast by Tamil Nadu, Karnataka to the north and northeast and Arabian Sea is from the west. It is the most beautiful state of India.

Kerala is very rural state, because most population of Kerala lives in villages but their cultural, outstanding in education, cuisine, sports activity and unique martial art and scenic views make it different and beautiful. Kerala is a house of different and unique species of fauna and flora. Without chilies, mustard seed, tamarind, curry leaf and asafetida, you cannot imagine Kerala food. Tender coconut water is the best refreshing drink of Kerala. The local vegetables like yam, cassava and tapioca are also part of the Kerala food.

Kerala culture is the perfect combination of music, dance, mythology and theatre. Kathakali, mohiniyattom and koothu are most popular and traditional dances of Kerala. Theyyam, mudiyettu and kummattikkali are the traditional arts of Kerala.

Kerala is also famous for the verity of handicrafts. Sandalwood items, handlooms, woodcrafts and metal work especially on brass and copper are very different and attractive. Rowing competition is very popular sports of Kerala. It is also the center of football club. Kalarippayattu and payattu are main martial arts of kerala. Kerala is very advance in ayurvedic medicine.
