Kerala, what they call ‘God’s own country’ is also known as India’s paradise for lovers. Honeymooners are never uncommon here. All parts of the state are well connected via road, air, rail and water. The state has three airports, one at Cochin, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram. More than 300 trains connect Kerala to other parts of the country. Alternately one can also use buses if need be. Another interesting travel option is hiring ferry rides. Kochi is a major port in the region and also connects Kerala with Laksdweep islands as well.
